This place is a sham. The products do NOT work and the return policy is awful. Their products do not work with iPhones and they openly lie to you in the store. Do NOT shop here. Do NOT buy products from here.
The man claiming to be a manager called me a liar and refused to give me an exchange on a case that I had bought not even a week ago. A small, thin, and fragile piece broke off my case and the man insisted on the fact that it was not possible. Horrible customer service and possible RACIST OWNER. Never stepping foot into that place. It is sad to know that I couldn't get proper customer service for a product I bought in this store because of the color of my skin. That man should be fired.
