Terrible service. to the point of manipulation lies and disingenuous invoicing I requested that the car be looked at as the engine kept going off. he chose to instead leave the hard job and when I left the engine kept going off. He then tried to state that there was evidence of thermostat needing replacing...it had just been replaced. That would have been a $2k job that wasn't needed. Then I also asked for new brake pads. He insisted the rota cuffs needed changing, when I inspected the old ones they were in perfect condition... read more
