I’m extremely disappointed with the level of service I received from this business. I was given three different quotes for the exact same job, each one contradicting the last. When I questioned the inconsistency, I was told the initial staff member was “new,” which is not an acceptable excuse for poor training or inaccurate information. DO NOT GIVE THESE JOKERS BUSINESS. We are still experiencing an ongoing nightmare with this company. The job took more than 5 weeks only to return a damaged and dirtier rug. Ongoing discussions about re-cleans and refunds have gone nowhere with over 50 emails and calls now being ignored. It was just meant to be a rug clean.

I wish I read the google reviews before engaging these guys. Clearly they engage with rogue contractors to deliver on their behalf. Started by the contractor turning up to the wrong address, he then tried to lay the carpet without underlay (lucky I pushed back), tried to charge $50 more than the fixed quoted price at the end of the install, and then did not dispose of the carpet even though removal was included! When I took it up with the contractor and All Carpets direct I heard nothing. Disgusting business.
