I received my CPAP from All Care. The instruction that I received from the therapist on the set up, how to use it, and maintenance of the equipment was excellent. Ron J
Horrible customer service! They drop of the machine and you are lucky if you see them once a year! They no showed for numerous appointments and then tried to show up at 10pm without any appointment.
They wouldn't pick up their machine which cost us more than an extra month in charges. After calling the Dr. and this company, back and forth they finally came to pick up their machine but charged us for all the extra time sitting on the porch waiting for them to come and get it, because they said, "oh, don't bring it to us, we'll come and get it".
