I've been a patient at Ivy in Jackson for 3 months now. They are very efficient and the therapists are encouraging. I was sad to see that Emma, one of the aides was no longer working there. She greeted me with a smile every day, asked me how I was feeling, and truly cared about my response. Her enthusiasm and positive attitude was always appreciated.
