I am a returning patient to your facility. I am working with Courtney and Eric They are both very attentive to my therapy needs. Courtney always advises if it’s too much and hurts back it up a little bit. This is a very helpful information to have for the patient and I appreciate that because I need to do that at times. I've had quite a few surgeries over the past 10 years and these folks at Ivy are hands down the best. Why? Extremely knowledgeable staff, friendly staff, very professional and the facility is large enough to accommodate a number of patients at the same time. Most importantly, I had a total knee replacement about three weeks ago and after seven sessions so far I've made tremendous strides toward my goal of going back to work in two weeks. Shout out to Jackie, Eric, Joe and Courtney for their great work.
From the front desk to the therapists and assistants it is a wonderful experience! Very professional, caring and knowledgeable! Would highly recommend!
