Absolutely the worst medical visit we’ve ever experienced. The front receptionist told us one thing, but the nurse practitioner completely contradicted it, acted annoyed from the moment she walked in, and made it clear she had no intention of helping us. She was dismissive, refused to listen, and treated our concerns like they didn’t matter. the web page is the worst... I am told to go on the web page for my results -- cant get in - reset password - still nothing... call and have it reset --still not working ask that they send the results via email.. they cant.. but they already sent them to me... unreal.... fustrating.
Zero stars if possible. For this office and the Palm Harbor one. Mother had massive stroke in December. Was discharged for in home care on 31st after horrible experience at rehab facility. This office left her in our care for 11 days before sending the referrals to baycare home care. We fought every day over the phone and was told daily it was being taken care of. We have no medical training and did the best we could with charting our own vitals on our mother and hoping we were doing it correctly. No referrals were sent for ... read more
I am greatly saddened with the release of Dr. Engleman. He is such a compassionate doctor; attentative listener; and has great patient manners. You have lost a great doctor.
call, and I'm being told that I spoke to the Doctor when I didn't.It's ridiculous.Please have someone call me even if it's after 5 and he has to stay a little longer.It's very important.I was in the hospital to hospital follow-up.There's no conversation at all
