The doctor is good but the scheduling needs to change or something. We get there on time for the appointment then wait 30 minutes to be called and another 20-30 min to be seen by the doctor. The doctors consult itself is only 5 min. When expressed my concern I was abruptly told by the nurse: it's always gonna be like that, with the other doctor is even worse". This happens all the time.
I had an awkward experience after many years of going to this office. They balance billed me from back in 2024 and refused to let me see my APRN, given im medically needy and the appointment was important.. I paid. I will be finding a different doctor's office now unfortunately after being "stuck-up" for payment and potentially denining my visit. Horrible way to do business, and the billing department never reached out for clarification and resolution, just took my money by backbilling called balance billing which is illegal... read more
