Great Doctors, they listen and explain everything well. 100% thorough . I highly recommend.
Dr. Yamani’s office is a breath of fresh air in Doctors offices. First, they are organized and call you to schedule, reminders, etc. Next, the office is clean, quiet, and hums along - even as 5-10 people show up quietly for appointments they are each greeted by friendly staff. 3rd, 4-5 assistants work quietly in the center office behind the safety windows, with no stray papers anywhere everything is electronic. Wonderful practice. Very professional. Dr. Yamani takes special care to listen carefully and develop a plan for healing. Supporting medical team likewise do the same. Front office also Very helpful even when busy. Thank you all for what you do.
I love this place. I always feel as all my concerns with my health is answered. My doctor is amazing and staff is pretty great. Update: June 1 insurance coverage changed. Had a a scheduled appointment to dr. Moustafa to review labs. My appointment was canceled as I advised he is out of network with my policy. I told them I am willing to pay full fee out of pocket for the service to have a last appointment for continuity of care in between provider appointment's. I also have labs to review with this dr. The doctor is good but the scheduling needs to change or something. We get there on time for the appointment then wait 30 minutes to be called and another 20-30 min to be seen by the doctor. The doctors consult itself is only 5 min. When expressed my concern I was abruptly told by the nurse: it's always gonna be like that, with the other doctor is even worse". This happens all the time.
