What kind of doctor’s office doesn’t answer their phone? I’ve been calling all afternoon and no one picks up the phone and it’s a Wednesday.

The staff are nice but the quality of care is really bad if you're a young adult. I feel not listened to. I have two conditions but instead of testing deeper, I was just prescribed medication and sent off. I feel lost. I told a PA I might have an illness, and he googled symptoms, asked me questions from a google images chart, and gave me a referral. When I told Dr. Loveena I had the same condition, she kind of just laughed/dismissed me and prescribed me a pill, and told me to come back in a month. I had a flare up of pain, a... read more

Very bad service:) They lost my mom wheelchair accessible sticker form , I left with them to sign by her Docter ( Manjeet) and after four week when i asked to give me the form they said they lost it and Docter himselfor his office didn’t call me that they cant do it . when i asked them to print the form sonce they lost it , they said wait and the receptionist taking too long to talk on the phone with other person on the phone . they only care to call patient for appointments only and they really bother to call all the time .... read more
