The staff are nice but the quality of care is really bad if you're a young adult. I feel not listened to. I have two conditions but instead of testing deeper, I was just prescribed medication and sent off. I feel lost. I told a PA I might have an illness, and he googled symptoms, asked me questions from a google images chart, and gave me a referral. Very bad service:) They lost my mom wheelchair accessible sticker form , I left with them to sign by her Docter ( Manjeet) and after four week when i asked to give me the form they said they lost it and Docter himselfor his office didn’t call me that they cant do it . when i asked them to print the form sonce they lost it , they said wait and the receptionist taking too long to talk on the phone with other person on the phone . they only care to call patient for appointments only and they really bother to call all the time .... read more

The lady at front desk has zero knowledge in customer support and has mad attitude like yo u have the attitude for what. No lie Dr loveena is best in that area but I don’t know how they hire their front desk on the basis of family relations. Also if u have any appointments u have to make sure u go 30 min before your appointment time because they gonna take more than 40 min after the time of your appointment to see u.
