Worst medical centre an staff I have ever seen very rude
Today my husband had an appointment with dr Smita Umer and she was so rude towards my husband the first thing she asked is “why are u here? “ to him. My husband’s usual doctor is away and his ear is hurting so he came into see her. She should not been speaking like this to a patient under any circumstance. It was not just what she asked but how she asked it in a rude tone and manner too. It’s unacceptable behaviour by her as she should be professional. Never see this unprofessional doctor again.
