Gave my son extra immunisation without my consent, was explicit that it only be a tetanus shot only to find out he was also given diphtheria vaccine as it’s in a booster together, I double checked repeatedly that it was only tetanus. I was misinformed on what it actually was it in fact did not only have tetanus vaccine.
The receptionist working tonight 23/7/26 - was so friendly and professional, unlike most medical receptionists who are abrasive and unhelpful. Dr Saied was very good and treated my son's issue with the urgency it required . Wait time wasn't too long (strange for mid winter) and the waiting room was clean and fresh . Thank you
Very disappointing experience with Dr Naning Win at All Care Carnes Hill. I attended the clinic feeling extremely unwell and could barely walk, but I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. I was simply told to “drink water and you’ll feel better.” I left feeling unheard and disappointed. When patients are very sick, they expect to be properly assessed and treated with care and compassion. I hope the clinic reviews this matter and improves the quality of care provided to patients.
How funny, all the doctors leave at 4:30pm and come back 6:30pm whereas the website doesn't say that
