I went in to get my daughter immunised, and asked the nurse if I can put the baby on the bed she said no, she said she didn't want to change the bed sheets. When asked how she's gonna give the needles than realised her mistake. A small thing of changing the bed sheets, how lazy can a nurse be, such an unprofessional behaviour.
Waited for 1.5 hours to be told to come back throughout the week.

Saw Dr Victor about some concerns. He was very dismissive, abrupt and rude. I felt so belittled because I expressed my concerns and he made me feel like I was stupid. I told him I was in pain and described my symptoms and his response was “no you’re not”. Don’t go, you’re better off treating yourself through the internet than seeing him.
They have advertised as open till 11pm but sadly I walked in with my 8 year old having soar throat at 9.15pm and I was told the doctor isn’t taking patients anymore. Advertising incorrect information 😡
