No point ringing these clowns they disconnect the phones just passing time useless one job to do and they can’t even do it properly
we have been going to Dr Saied for many years now, he answers all our questions calmly to prescribe the correct medications, very happy with other Doctors that they work there like Dr Yasmine. and I find all the receptionists are very friendly even when we call to make the appointment to see the dr. But we don't change Dr. Saied and Dr Yasmin for another medical Centre. This is the worst medical centre I have ever been to. The receptionists were extremely rude and had a very unpleasant attitude. I honestly don’t think they should be interacting with patients. The doctor also seemed unsure of what he was doing. I’m genuinely surprised to experience this kind of behaviour in Australia. They really need proper retraining and to develop better communication skills and seriously I will put a formal complaint to the NSW Health Department they need to pick who can deal with patients
The concern and care I received when I was very sick was amazing from the front desk to the doctor....I'm extremely pleased with their service and cannot thank them enough. Shout out goes to Dr Shabana for her dedication and professionalism.
