Have taken 2 cars there over the last 2 years and have been left disappointed now twice by the carelessness to the point where I won’t be returning. It pains me to write a 1 star review, I was recommended AllCare as I am a local gal who knows nothing about cars and was told they are reasonable and trustworthy. (In July) I had booked in to get my car serviced, it needed new spark plugs, and there was water leaking into the floor somehow. ***2025 october update: I am still a very very happy customer, these guys are still great! I took my car for some 3 hour drives and some of the performance was a little lacking, so I took the car in for its scheduled service, now she is firing sweet like a hot potato mate phwoar I tell you what the car is accelerating correctly again, I am very very happy. I've been looking for a new mechanic since moving to Melbourne's inner north and took my car in for a service - incredibly friendly, professional, and detail oriented staff who were attentive, efficient, and informative, & made sure to ring and check in about any extras that needed doing before completing them so no hidden extra costs, quoted me accurately to the dollar, and even went to the trouble of getting in touch with a wrecker for me to find a new door (after someone put a hole in mine with a towbar!). Only ok mechanics, similar to others around: expensive. They charge $150 for an hour of labour plus a big markup on parts. $200 for one second hand brake caliper. Left the car with them for a week for two fixes but one still has a leak. The usual attempt at trying to add on other bits. They are nice and have good communication but still feel exploited
