I have been incredibly impressed by the level of service and expertise of ACRS. My diesel Mazda CX5 initially presented with high oil pressure and the kept on going into "limp mode", showing low oil pressure. After being stuffed around by the Mazda dealership, who really didn't know what was wrong, but suggested replacing the engine, my insurance company sent me to ACRS for a second opinion. Super professional friendly team fitted my Fiat Ducato in for a basic service pronto, and gave it a thorough look over for an excellent price. They found and videoed the origin of a small oil leak that other mechanics thought might be a CV boot. But it was the intake manifold gasket leaking oil onto an undamaged CV Boot. Totally recommend team A.C.E.R.S. They are learning at the speed of AI :D
Excellent customer service. My timing belt broke and I spent 4+ weeks trying to get someone to help. Most people gave me slow responses and very vague information of how they would deal with the issue including suggestions of new engines and the likes. Luckily I eventually found ACERS who responded very quickly and spelled out the step by step process and costs to investigate the damage and determine the repair requirements.
