Contacted them to get an upgraded oil pump in my Ford 3.2L and new engine mounts done in my car. Hatice was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when discussing my request. Even after booking it in, I was able to come in before the date to confirm stuff. I asked to change brands on an item and it was agreed with no issues. Found them always friendly and helpful with a great price to match. I highly recommend using them for your car service or repairs.

Can’t recommend the ACERS team enough. My son needed a replacement engine for his 350Z. Paid a deposit for a motor they ordered from Sydney (very limited stock in Australia), but I found a better/cheaper one in Victoria. They cancelled the order, said go with the better motor and put my deposit towards the final invoice. Hatice was absolutely amazing, ensured all issues were fixed with car so it was safe for my son.
