They tell you on the phone that you just need certain items on the car to receive the quoted amount. Then when the tow truck driver gets to your house, the driver uses some fake cell phone thing to "test" your cat converter (which is impossible to do with a cell phone "app" and without the car running and actually testing to see if there were any codes) and now tells you some m... read more
