Got hung up on and sworn at by one of their operators. Weird experience and would NEVER recommend this company to a business if they want to keep their clients.
Operator #81 Extremely rude and unprofessional to my wife at 1:30 in the morning when my 2 year old daughter woke up very warm and crying. He swore at my wife and hung up on her the first call. Going to file a complaint.
