These dirt bags charged me even though a cancelled within their policy. Had to dispute with my cc who took care of it then these clowns charged me again. That's fraud. This is not a legitimate business
Excellent experience overall! The Pontoon boat was As advertised, Very clean, and in very good condition. The staff was excellent, communicative, and explained everything very well. On the return, they were very accommodating. Highly recommended!
The boats are in very poor condition, and be careful because they'll try to charge you for the damage the boat already has, trying to post fake photos. It's a terrible service.
Some friends rented a boat and had a terrible experience. The boat they rented was already damaged, and when they return it, they make you pay for all the damages you didn't cause. It's a total scam.
Worst boat rental ever, when returning the boat they claimed we did damage to the boat and motor showing us old pictures and swapping pictures. They do not show pictures before you take the boat out. they charged my credit card twice for damages. I have never seen any cost estimate or invoice, these people are total scammers, do not rent here, apparently this is common practice from them.
