I can’t say enough good things about Kyle. He is an incredible technician. Initially, we hired a different technician to install a new heat pump, and it went very badly. We were left with a refrigerant leak that resulted in extremely costly hydro bills. After many attempts, they were unable to locate the leak and left us hanging for months. Kyle responded right away, quickly identified the leak, and corrected all the deficiencies from the initial installation. Our system is now working perfectly. Extremely disappointed in this company. 8 months ago we bought a heat pump with a propane furnace. They installed it and everything was fine. Multiple times Kyle and P.J came by to check things and make sure it was all running well. Fast forward to today, I was about to turn on the AC and it turns out that they didn’t complete the installation. They forgot to install the drain. Mistakes happen, I get it. Recently had hot water tank, furnace and air conditioner replaced. these guys were great. work was done quickly and crew cleaned everything when they were finished. very knowledgeable. great warranty. highly recommend.
