If you want damaged goods, without compensation this is the moving company for you. If you want to be overcharged, mass calling to demand payment, which ended up being double although they received the specs and weight of the items.

This is the worst moving company in All of Canada, you couldn't pay me to use them. I was quoted $784, But I was charged $1485.75 and to top it off they damaged the umbrellas and it was $574 for parts only, now they are giving me the run around! Bad business!

0/5 They are horrible at communicating once you book with them. They will not get back to you. DO NOT USE THIS MOVER if you value communication. I cancelled with them, they refuse to confirm that I have cancelled my move. Such a simple thing... they cannot be bothered.

WORST MOVING COMPANY! I ran into several issues with this mover. From hitting my retaining wall, to damaging some of my furniture, and to using a bathroom in my home that was not operational which resulted in partially flooded my basement. They were very clearly told that there was nothing on that side of the basement to be moved, so why did they go on that side and open a closed door??? The company acted ************ as they never fulfilled the contract. They sub-contract some one who showed 4 hours later than the time was set up. Moved my stuff 11:30pm. What a hassle *** **** *******... They under-estimated the size of truck to handle all of the household goods and brought ****** rented small truck. had to makje three trips due to size of the vehicle. I am really not impressed about how they made me pay them in full before they would unload my stuff at the new house. They overestimated by more than one hour. When I called and texted them to request an adjustment, they ignored me completely. Ironically, when they were trying to get my business, they called me regularly. For that reason, I would not use them again and don't recommend them to anyone.

I have bben ripped off by these scum. They got my 150 dollar deposit and never showed for the move saying the truck broke down. From then on it has been a barage of differnt company names which I never contqacted. BE VERY CAREFUL OF THESE SCAMMERS THEY ARE RIP OFF ARTISTS. THEY GET MINUS 100 STARS FROM ME

DON’T USE THIS COMPANY! Their video estimate call wouldn’t work so they sent someone a day or so later to do a physical estimate. He arrived 5 hours late in a U-Haul van. No courtesy call to advise they were running late. Everything they do is bizarre. My emails that I send, they claim didn’t go through (even though I replied to emails that they have sent).
