We had severe water damage in our home that also required mold remediation. Sam Brinks and his team at All Call Restoration did a fantastic job stopping the water leak, removing the affected areas and using large dehumidifiers to dry out a large area, including our crawl space. Sam was quick to get back with us when we had questions or concerns and he was very professional in his responses. Pedro (a member of his team) was also very polite and returned multiple times to check on the status of our situation.

Sam was great to work with! We have some concerning mold areas in our basement and he showed up and assessed them. He has great morals and ethics! He helped walk me through how to get it cleaned up and mitigate the issues long term ourselves, without charging us thousands of dollars and taking advantage of the stressful situation. I know that if we continue to have future issues, that they will be the honest place to call!

This company was absolutely terrible to work with. They would no call, no show multiple days, they would send me a text AT 8am to tell me they wouldn't be there that day if they did call (and they were supposed to start at 8), they were incredibly careless when it came to moving things and destroyed things they were specifically told NOT TO TOUCH (I told them not to touch my tile on my bathtub surround, and they completely shattered it and destroyed it and it now needs to be replaced, and when they were taking the vanity out... read more
