Wow, wish I would have read these reviews first! Same exact scenario... purchased EZ-GO cart, it needs warrantied service, no call back. ZERO service. It's been months... are they purposefully waiting out the warranty? I guess we'll never know.
Worst business have ever seen. Phoned 3 times to get scheduled & was told scheduled for Wednesday. No one showed so called again & told not on schedule. Told them to forget my business. Not a trustworthy business.
We bought our golf cart from them and in the past had great service. Not so anymore, needed to have my batteries replaced, according to them had problems with delivery, waited weeks, still nothing, call them and left messages to see if anything was moving, , it has been 4 days , still waiting for a return call. In the meantime, I called Brentwood Golf Cart, the same day, they came , pick up the cart, replaced the batteries and brought back the cart the day after. Guess who has my business from now on
