Start date was delayed several weeks and while dissatisfying, did not materially affect outcome of project. Once started, timelines and schedules were reasonably accurate. Contractor is broadly knowledgeable, experienced, direct, forthright; his crew is capable, thorough and generally deliver quality work. Contractor is open on pricing and costs. Communications were excellent. Final results...excellent. I recommend All Building Construction.
Mark Prine is a very honest person, he's great with providing solid information even if he doesn't do the work! This picture is a project he donated his time to our nonprofit to complete. This truly speaks for the type of business professional he is. He truly cares for his clients.
