We hired All Brush Fence to repair our fence based on their quoted assurances of quality workmanship. Regrettably, the project was mishandled from the start: workers acknowledged using inferior-grade materials (which they admitted were not their usual standard) and ultimately left the job unfinished. The resulting fence is structurally unsound and visually unacceptable, as clearly shown in the attached before-and-after photos. Unrealistic payment terms enforced unfairly. All Brush issued an invoice at close of business having completed a job that day. Banking cut offs had passed and All Brush wished to provide no time to confirm the completion of works at the property but still expected payment that night. The invoice was paid the next business day but the All Brush owner was still angry and not understanding of this impossible situation they had created.
