I contacted All Brothers after some major water damage. I was very anxious, but Alex and Raymond helped put my mind at ease. Raymond (Project Manager) came to the house immediately to assess the damage, take photos and measurements for insurance, and then began removing water-soaked materials and drying out the house. Professional, Polite, and Punctual. My wife discovered what appeared to be water damage to the baseboard, just outside of an exterior wall and the shower stall. I called All Brothers and spoke with Alex. He said he'd be there later that afternoon to do an inspection. Several hours later, he was at the house. Upon inspection, he said that there was in fact a leak, but it was small and if I were up to it, could probably fix it myself. Use to be a great recommendation. Not so much anymore, quality of work is terrible, the managers walk around clueless and lost. Especially the owners son. The only thing that holds this place together is the father Sad to see a good place go bad because ownership wont step in!!
