Let’s see where do I start. This is quite possibly the most inept company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. They ask for my review before they finished the work. They still haven’t finished yet they have been paid in full. I am at the point if they keep harassing us I will be seeking legal advice. They don’t talk to one another and they don’t care! We only used them as my insurance company works with them all the time.
I am so happy with All Brothers Restoration. The level of professionalism and great customer service was incredible. I will definitely recommend this company to all my friends and family. if you are having an emergency, Do not hesitate and call them. Your home will be in the best hands.
They were professional from the start and responded quick, had great advice, and made the whole unfortunate situation seemless. Their process and report for insurance was detailed with all requirements met for quick approval for our home issue!
ABR was so helpful and accommodating of my situation, which wasn’t necessarily an easy one to handle. Alex took time out of his day (over an hour) to talk to me and explain an issue/help me sort through a problem that he wasn’t being paid to assist with. It genuinely speaks to his work ethic and how honest he is as a business owner.
