I got a tune-up, but as soon as I used the machine, the thread bound up and was unusable. $80 for nothing...I haven't been able to use the machine since.
Staff very pleasant and helpful. Other sewist knowledgeable . I couldn't ask for a better place to shop and sew with other sewist. Beautiful fabric
RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! Totally unhelpful, aggressive behavior. I purchased a BabyLock serger from this location 4 years ago. Spent hundreds on AccuQuilt accessories. Bought notions and fabric and embroidery thread. For a business literally called “All Brands” I should not receive an aggressive, tight lipped “I don’t know anything about that” when I inquire about embroidery thread for my Janome MC and my BabyLock Aurora machine. And out of 3 employees only 1 tried to assist me but she had a client purchasing a new BabyLock machine... read more
