My refrigerator stopped working and I called their service. The technician came on time and fixed it, but it was really expensive. He charged me USD290 for the overload relay, which is less than USD50 from Whirlpool or Amazon. I do not recommend them.
The technicians are knowledgeable. Efficient and prompt service.
