I’m not sure if this is a scam or not. Called the number listed on this and got transferred to a Sears Repair. I have not seen anyone or heard anything about boo today. Very disappointed. I would love to leave zero stars.

After just a few reviews I was sold on this persons reputation. I called him and described my faulty refrigerator. He asked a few questions and said he had an idea what the problem is. I asked him to come and look at it. He came out the very next morning, with parts in hand. Just from my description of the problem, he had it solved. He installed the parts and put it back together and low and behold working great. This man knows his stuff. You have an appliance, problem, Call Phil. He's an expert and reasonable cost.

I'm very satisfied with the service Phil provides. He's extremely knowledgeable and is more than willing to share his knowledge and experience. He finds issues other can't diagnose. He does not come over just to charge you a service fee and tell you to buy a new appliance.

Phill is amazing! He came out the same afternoon that I called and stayed tell it was dark fixing my antique oven. He even showed me how to adjust everything on it myself. Most repair men will speak over me or only acknowledge my husband even though I am the one that calls them and am asking the questions. I was expecting a higher invoice for his service but the bill was more than fair. I highly recommend him.
