We’ve used All Brands Appliance Repair several times through our home warranty and always had great experiences with their technicians—Carl and Nelson especially. The techs deserve 5 stars. I repeat, this review isn’t based on their abilities. Unfortunately, the customer service—specifically Jennifer in the office—was so unprofessional it ruined the whole experience. I feel bad cuz I don't remember the mechanics name but they were very clean, professional looking an fast. When they came they already had the parts needed an 20 minutes after arriving my old washing machine was fixed an now runs like new thanks guys An thank you AHS warranty.
We highly recommend Nelson and All Brands for any servicing or maintenance issues with appliances. We've had Nelson twice to run maintenance service on our LG washer/dryer, and most recently he checked on a concern we had with our dishwasher. He is timely, professional, and efficient. He offers clear explanations and gives options for next steps when there is an issue that could be costly. Thank you, Nelson!!
Our refrigerator had a warrantied issue ,so we called All Brands, spoke with service tech Nelson who promptly scheduled a service call. He also advised us of the exact parts we needed to confirm were being sent by the warranty company ! Nelson was on time the day of repair, fixed problem efficiently & has been a consummate professional throughout the process !! Our entire experience was positive & we highly recommend All Brands !
Nelson was very professional, on time and very knowledgeable with my refrigerator ice maker issue. He took the time to explain the issues to me and fix the problem. His charges were reasonable for his services. I would definitely use this company and Nelson again in the future if needed and recommend them to others. Nope. Nelson also recently fixed my washer.
