Peggy was excellent and friendly on the phone. She was able to set up the appointment for the next day. Jason was wonderful, fast, knowledgeable , efficient and very friendly. My mom was very pleased with the entire experience. Thank you so much!
Fabulous experience with Jason fixing our dishwasher. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me how to fix the problem, should it happen again in the future. I would highly recommend All Brands, and Jason, again!
The refrigerator stopped working. I called All Brands and the appointment was easy and quick to make. The explained the cost/service fee etc over the phone. Jason came by and I found him to be very pleasant and knowledgeable and most of all HONEST. He basically found that there was frozen ice around the fan and that was the problem and advised me to shut the machine down for a couple of days and then turn it back on. We called as we had done business in the past with them (10+ years ago) to fix a washing machine issue. Jason came out and was very pleasant, checked it out in ~ 15 minutes and told us which part needed replacing and he would get it ordered. The part arrived and he came back to install it, and it turned out to not be the part that was bad and he just muttered the machine was not repairable. When asked if he could write that on the invoice, he became belligerent and began raising his voice, yelling that we deceived him by not... read more
