This has to be one of the worst companies for follow up and reliability of showing up for appointment and on commitments. Shop somewhere else, these guys are a bunch of bozo's. Example, came to home and advised we need new compressor (showed up day late). Never heard back, called company and some analyst read notes from system advising no update from tech, will call us back. No call back, called them back, same routine, called them back next day; part suppose ably ordered, called warranty company - no record of order. NEED I... read more
