This is a pathetic business. I called GE to set up an appointment with ALL BRAND. 4 TIMES All Brand promised me they would come out to my place. 4 times!! And the first three times the terribly rude woman (the wife of the technician) justified their negligence and was extremely rude. Then, in like fashion, the technician (husband) promised he would be here. He failed. ALL FOUR TIMES they never called telling me they cancelled. I was left hanging.
