Friendly and very helpful staff! Have parts on hand without the wait of shopping internet
Customer service is top notch at All Brand Appliance Parts in Allentown. I won’t be buying parts online now that I know about this place. They had all the parts in stock we needed to repair our washer and dryer. Tyler was so helpful and looked up a part I couldn’t figure out in my own. Great experience!

Beware of doing business with this company. They will sale you a "new" part but it is actually used and then deny your return because it was used. What a poor way to do business.
First and foremost, I had several interactions with sales/cust. service folks and, without exception, the three or four folks I dealt with were extremely helpful and engaged. We had difficulty ordering the correct part and, in the end, decided the correct part was unavailable. Reason is still unclear but it seems manufacturer simply stopped making it.
