Ordered a part from this company over 2+ weeks ago and no update whatsoever. I’ve called them at least 5x during their normal business hours and always get a machine saying someone will be with me shortly and I’ve waited nearly an hour and no one has ever answered. I’ve sent them a message through their contact form and if no response by tomorrow I’ll file a dispute with my CC company. Steer clear of this company
Does not ship next business day, Try to call them and you will be on hold 30+ minutes until it automatically disconnects Order said "Awaiting shipment" for over a week. I emailed to cancel, then I got an email saying it was shipped. I asked for a prepaid return label and they refused. Terrible customer service. I had to dispute the charge to get a refund. Do not do business with these people. Just an awful experience.
horrible! took payment, said ships next business day, been over 2 weeks and no product! they do not answer phone and do not respond to emails, now i gotta waste 2 hrs of my time to go drive to Allentown to see what the heck is going on.

Customer service is top notch at All Brand Appliance Parts in Allentown. I won’t be buying parts online now that I know about this place. They had all the parts in stock we needed to repair our washer and dryer. Tyler was so helpful and looked up a part I couldn’t figure out in my own. Great experience!
