First and foremost, I had several interactions with sales/cust. service folks and, without exception, the three or four folks I dealt with were extremely helpful and engaged. We had difficulty ordering the correct part and, in the end, decided the correct part was unavailable. Reason is still unclear but it seems manufacturer simply stopped making it. Went in looking for an obscure commercial fridge part, they did not have it BUT what they did have was excellent customer service, stopped what they were doing and tried all avenues to see if they could get me the part, which the couldnt BUT their help didnt stop there they continued to point me in a couple directions to where else i could try. To me customer service is the most important factor therefore they will be the first place i think of when my HVAC business needs appliance parts. Thank you
