My boat needed to have work done on throttle linkage and I wanted to have it winterized while it was there. Agent on the phone told me they could work on the throttle linkage when I made the appointment to bring boat in. When I got there with the boat the service desk agent told me that if they found something major wrong with the throttle linkage they would have to wait till winter or spring to work on it.
