Unfortunately, this wasn't a satisfactory experience. $600+ later, I'm still experiencing the same issues I initially went in for. I did let them know that my car wasn't running as it should and the only response I received was an "ok". I'm still trying to get my car to a smooth running condition. Disappointed barely identifies my feelings towards the business interaction I had with Vinings. The business has great potential, but potential is pointless unless it's build upon.
I have never seen anyone as rude as the lady that works there. I called in the morning to bring my car to fix the AC, because she already sent me quote to fix the car. I brought my car in at 4pm which she told me to bring it, I was there for 2hrs and 30mins. When I asked when my car was going to be fixed she told me that she can have any of the guy leave what the current car they were working despite the fact that she asked me to come at 4pm. Scammer, took my hard earned money and never delivered the car. I wired the money on 2/25/25, James never delivered my car. He gave me excuses with the transportation services, then said he would give me my money back. Until this day I’m still trying to get my refund. Excuse after excuse and still no refunds. James Kuria is a con artist.
I went to get my benz fixed and they was fast and very good!
Knowledgeable professionals, solid mechanics, and excellent customer service! Would definitely recommend!
