Crazy to think that after 6 months I’m still Missing 2 of my shutters and Jack has not answered or returned any of my several attempts to contact him by phone. I also have texted him several times once again without a response. I would love to get my shutters or have my money refunded to me. Extremely disappointed to say the least!
I've tried reaching Jack for 2 months now and haven't heard back from him. We had our shades installed a year ago and have had non stop problems with them. Every communication with Jack and his installer Brian has been difficult due to lack of response but not responding for 2 months after several calls, texts and emails?? Beyond unprofessional.
Could not ask for better service or better quality. Mr. Smith suggested particular shades for our condo and OH MY WORD!! They are great! We have motorized roll down shades. Beautiful and very functional! Best decision ever!!
