Paid Jack Smith fully in advance (as he was recommended from our designer) for work to be preformed and product to be installed. After 6 month, Jack still had not done any work, or even given us the shades we purchased (so that I install myself) after many requests. Jack stopped returning phone calls and emails. So I was left only to file a Small Claims Court complaint against Jack / All Blinds.
