I just wanted an airport pick up with meet and greet and help with luggage to the limo/town car. Wow, that didn’t happen. Matthew, our driver, texted directions to find him after we get our own baggage. When I pressed back, an episode of keystone cops ensued as I ran around the airport trying to find Matthew. He just wasn’t familiar with the airport and dispatch didn’t tell him we had baggage. I’ll be cancelling the return trip and hopefully they don’t charge me for the meet and greet. I love this family oriented company. I had the privilege of driving with this team for a little while. All Black Limo is professional and has great high standards. Cars are always clean and drivers go above and beyond for their clients. I love recommending them to friends. I'll definitely book my own rides for special occasions through All Black Limo! Plus quotes are too easy via the website. I'll add more photos as I find them. I LOVE driving their cars and photographing! ;) A client/friend insisted on this one.

Reliable airport service! Michael helped with luggage and got us to our flight early. Recommend All Black Limo for SeaTac transfers.
