⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) I just had my first laser hair removal treatment, and it was amazing! The clinic was clean and inviting, and the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. They explained the process thoroughly, which put me at ease. The treatment itself was quick and surprisingly comfortable, thanks to the cooling machine they used. PLEASE NOTE that there is a one year limit on the laser package that you purchased. I didn’t know this policy until I booked my laser appointment. Throughout the year, no one ever reminded me about this until it is expired. Worst part is, the reception didn’t inform me about the package expiration when I booked the appointment but after I am done the treatment and they asked me to pay. Been looking for a laser service that works for someone who finds heat a bit off-putting. Glad to discover this place. They have devices that uses cooling technology making it comfortable but effective. I saw immediate results after a few sessions, and I definitely am a fan.
