Honestly, a bit of a strange interaction. I posted on NextDoor looking for a contractor for some porch and patio ceiling work, to which they replied. I had to remind a few times to actually get a final date for them to come out to quote the work. They finally came out, measured, and promised a quote within a day or two. There was no indication that there was a concern with the work (too small of a job for them, etc).
