When it was time to let our family dog go after 14 years, the staff and doctors at All Bay Animal Hospital where amazing. We had been holding off on this for far too long. The doctors where compasionate and thoughtful at our very emotional situation. The gentalmen that fill our room was wonderful. He was understanding, comforting, and concerned that our dog was comfortable all the way to the end. We never felt rushed or made to feel guilty at the choice we where making. I called a couple of places and decided on all bay what a good choice.Very friendly staff they made the whole process so easy and they give you an estimate so you can review the pricing and there was no pressure at all.I would definitely recommend anybody to check it out you will not be disappointed.From now on i will be bringing all my animals there.
I used to go to across the street but I had heard that All Bay was better so I gave them a try. Wow, what a difference! The Doctors and staff are the same people that were there 12 years ago when I used to go with my Mom when I was a teenager. They obviously love their job and it shows in how they talk to you and handle the pets. Dr Lentz is wonderful and explains everything in as much detail as you want.
