Well, I called 4 times only to hear a song about holding on the line all day and then it hangs up. NOT GOOD AT ALL FOR BUSINESS!!!
After waiting one hour beyond the 3 hour service window I called to check on the status of my service call only to be told that they DID NOT SERVICE SAMSUNG products. An apology was offered by the SAME person that booked my appointment. I would be dubious to do business with someone that doesn't even know WHAT they can service..... And, NO, they had no intention of calling me to tell they were not going to show up!
Excellent! They had great availability and they were extremely professional. They came out to my home and diagnosed the problem with my washing machine. They told me exactly what was wrong, what part was needed to fix it and said that considering the age and other things wrong with the washer maybe it was better to just get a new one.. even though that meant less business for them. Very honest and thorough and I will hire them again in the future.
Eric supposedly fixed my washing machine but after a few days, it beoke again. He was scheduled to come back and look at it several times but never showed. I left multiple messages for him, all went unreturned. I would not recommend using Allstar Appliance Repair.
Great guys. I would definitely use them again. They saved me money.
