I took 3 sweaters in. 1 came out unharmed. 1 was completely ruined. It shrunk. It was a discolored and it looked as if someone pulled at the sweater in multiple areas. I took the garments back requested a call back. I called 4 times before I received my answer over the phone from a message left by the owner. Sorry nothing he can do. Please don’t use this bizness or read the reviews frist , they are awful & very rude , they lost my items and wanted to offer me a credit& not replace my item they lost & admitted to as well , I will never go back there again.
