I took my car in for a simple oil change and ended up with a bill over €800. According to them, they “found several urgent issues” that didn’t exist before. I agreed because I had no way to verify at the time, but later another mechanic confirmed many of the repairs were unnecessary. I feel completely scammed. They don’t clearly explain what they’re doing, and it all seems like a money grab. I absolutely do not recommend this place. Be very careful!
I took my car to this workshop after personally checking and confirming that it was leaking coolant from the water pump. I clearly explained this from the beginning. However, they told me the problem was with two heater hoses. I said, okay, change them—but it’s the water pump that is leaking. After a couple of days, they told me it wasn’t the water pump, but another hose with seals. Again, I said: fine, replace that—but please check the water pump, because it’s definitely leaking. Went for a pit inspection. Unfortunately had 1 thing to fix and then have a re-inspection but everyone at all autos couldn’t have made the process easier. I appreciate it, thankyou!
Brought my classic mini there today for an inspection so that I could convert my VIC registration to WA, everyone was polite/friendly and the whole process was quick, efficient and reasonable. Thanks!
Have taken a few vehicles for inspections , most recently today my wife’s 300c Chrysler . They offered to fix a couple of small issues straight away instead of me having to sort out other mechanics etc . Top service and friendly staff . Highly recommend !!
