Had my car booked in today for its pit inspection at 10am. At 9:30am I couldn't start my car due to battery flat. Called them up and the owner said to just bring it in when you can. Bought some jumper leads got the car the car there by 11am. He refused to do the inspection today as I was an hour late. The owner was more than happy to swear at me for bringing my car in an hours late even though over the phone 90 minutes earlier told me otherwise. Take this review as you like it.
The lady in the reception doesn’t have manners to talk with the client. Not happy with the way she deal with the client. I don’t recommend their services.
Other places who do inspections, take notes. This place is how you run a business polite friendly admin and mechanics, got a customer for life now.
Have taken many vehicles here and have recommended this place to 100s of people but as a returning customer saying this place has gone to the dogs. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE
