Poor communication and scheduling. Dropped a vehicle off overnight in order to pick up first thing in the morning for a simple state inspection, arrived over 2 hours after opening to allow plenty of time for the inspection. Car hadn't moved in the lot, then the front office employee told me: "if you're not here to wait for it we think we have it all day, I talk to over 10 people a day on the phone and I don't make notes." I can't speak for the quality of their auto work but I can say they will waste your time.
