I brought my car in because the AC was making a horrible noise. Dropped it off after work and left it overnight. They called me the next day to tell me it was fixed. When I went in to pick it up, they said they'd found a piece of rubber wrapped around the blower motor (no idea how it got there) and they checked around my engine to make sure none of the belts snapped or something.
