No clear signs if they're open. 2 guys standing in bay with a car blocking the entrance. No courtesy to let anyone know if they're open or not.
As fast if not faster than anyone, and very polite. I take 4 vehicles here a year, soon to be 5.
Old men bad customer service had my insurance and turned me down for another customer smh never will come back
Terrible customer service. The older short man had me come 3 different times just to replace my sticker and each time he turned me away for another customer, although I was there first. Mind you I got the emissions complete here as well. If you are looking for good customer service I would not recommend this place.
I've been coming to this location since around 2017. I've always had the same person do the inspection (except this year), though sometimes when I drive by I see someone different there. I've always found him friendly enough, but he is very much straight and to the point. Now he literally just runs the OBD II emissions test on your car which you can do yourself with a cheap scanner to see if it will pass before taking your car in.
