Unreliable! The first guy that came out didn't even turn in all the information like he was supposed to. Then a 2nd guy came to look at my AC unit but then said we still had to reschedule because he wasn't sure if I was supposed to pay 75 dollars again which I wasn't supposed to. So we reschedule once again for the 3rd time and nobody even showed up. Didn't even return my phone call when I ask to speak to manager or supervisor.
