I visit Prescott a few times a year. Did a drop inand it was very worth it! Small but great facility with all the toys one could ask for

The owner Mj is great! Great communication to get started in the gym. The gym has every piece of equipment you could ever need. Strongman implements also! Even an open back patio area if you want to get some sun and workout at the same time. Everyone is friendly and courteous. A bit of an old school atmosphere. I didn't have to worry about getting yelled at for weights banging or making noise. Great membership prices too.

Best gym in town period. If you are serious about training & don’t want to deal with the B.S. that is alive and well at corporate gyms this is the place for you. MJ is the owner & she’s a total sweetheart. Always willing to help with her infectious smile & is often onsite helping clients. They are currently doing renovations so the gym just got better if that wasn’t already possible.
