After failing to diagnose and fix the water intrusion myself, I reached out to All Aspects. Jeff came out, and explained what was happening and why, and what they could do to fix it. The price was right, so I signed the contract. I got lucky and they started less than a week later. 2 days later my sump pump is installed, tucked away in a corner. Even with some wild storms lately, my basement is dry! I would absolutely recommend All Aspects for anyone with a leaky basement.

We woke up to our basement flooded. Keith from All Aspect came out immediately to assess the damage. We thought it was due to flooding from storm water, but he identified that it was being caused by a leaky pipe and that there's nothing All Aspect needed to do, and recommended calling a plumber. He could have upsold us on services we didn't need, but he didn't - he was honest even though it cost him business. He also did not charge us a dime for his time. I haven't engaged their services, yet. It turns out they may not be the best fit for my current project. They were the ones who told me so and presented me with solutions I hadn't considered. Such frank honesty is refreshing and worthy of a review.

Our experience with All Aspects was pleasant. It started with an inspection, which was very professional and informative by a knowledgeable and experienced waterproofer (Jeff). He walked me through the entire process from beginning to end and made sure that I understood the project. The job went smoothly. We have had heavy rains since the work was completed and the system is working beautifully! I would highly recommend All Aspects.

Jeff came out from All Aspects to inspect our leaky basement. He was professional and knowledgeable. He had the right equipment and quickly made a diagnosis. Slow leak in the main water line, not his line of work. He was very good about explaining what needed to be done and that unfortunately, we would need a plumber to fix the problem. Jeff was there about ten minutes and was on his way. I wish it was in his scope to do the work as I'd feel very comfortable having them work on my house.
