The owner came out and inspected a leak in one area of the roof that was being caused by a poorly executed previous roofing job, done by another company, years ago. He went as far as going into the attic and found a portion of the roofs plywood that was rotting. He took a pic to show us and explained what was causing it and what was needed to fix the issue.
