We hired them to clean windows in the past, most recently they charged $130. When we hired them to come back, we were told at the door that their price was going to be $200 this time. We understand that inflation is a real thing, but this was a BIG increase. We asked them if they’d do it for $175 figuring this was a reasonable offer. These guys did an amazing job. I can’t even tell you how much of a difference it made in the home. Mad at myself that I didn’t do it sooner! I wasn’t able to stick around so they were in there by themselves with my little old lady chihuahua and they made sure she didn’t get out. Everything was clean and like they were never there except for very clean windows when I got back. Thank you again!
I had them scheduled today to clean the inside and outside windows. They cleaned the outside windows and when it was time to clean the inside I requested they wear masks as I have young children not vaccinated. They wouldn't wear masks and wouldn't disclose their vaccination status....they just said we're all good which means nothing. They then charged me the full outside price even though they were unable to clean all screens and left the inside dirty and most screens dirty so it was a complete waste of money.
