Paid Todd $4500 plus for parts to fix Rv, never came back. Excuse after excuse. He said - just sent in to the warranty company, which is fraud. We still had to pay to get the issue fixed. Horrible horrible service. Still waiting for my money. He promised to pay monthly, still waiting. Small claims perhaps

POOR COMMUNICATION, promise to return the next day in the early morning and he would finish the work. So I waited text him and called him multiple times. He said he will be here at 9am the next day and nothing after he took the end of the wire. Connecter and my money. never showed up. I miss two other appointments waiting.. This company is a Scam. We had them come out and check a leak, for which they charged a fee that gets deducted from final cost of the job. They charged a fee to even quote a price. That was in March 2023. Still never received a written quote.
